I've been interested in Real Estate for a long time. With the economic slow down, its no longer time to invest in France or the US, but there are still a lot of opportunities abroad: South America, Asia, Russia..
Here is an idea of New Business to enable me & other entrepreneurs to raise money to fund any real estate operation.
How does it work?

The idea is to create a website where investors can review real estate projects. Entrepreneurs should describe their projects in depth -country analysis, risks, photos & description of the land or building, costs, expected date of sale of the property, forecasted ROI- so that investor would have a clear idea of what projects they are investing in.
Investors would then invest very easily: choosing the number of shares they are buying, paying by credit card online, receiving legal documents certifying that they own a part of the business.
How to access to investors?
- Entrepreneurs would easily share their projects with their network through web 2.0 tools: email address importer, facebook application, widgets...
- I would advertise the website online, on media, in the press.
How am I generating cash?
- I have an easy access to investors for funding my own projects.
- I take a commission on the fund raised by private entrepreneurs (ex. Capangel takes a 6% commission).
Why do I limit myself to real estate?
- It's a sector I'm interested in.
- Choosing only this sector means that I am an expert in that domain. I am the best website for this particular kind of projects.
- Once the website as become popular and the system is working, I could then extend the website to fund all kind of projects.
